Important Commission Conditions

Qualifying Orders:
Commission is payable only on approved new customer orders and approved customer reactivations.
Approved Products:
Commission is payable only on approved FlexiWiFi and Flex orders.
Payment Date:
Commission will generally be processed and paid on or around the 10th day of the following month. If this falls on a weekend or South African public holiday, payment may be processed on the next business day.
Verification:
Only orders successfully approved, verified, validated and vetted qualify for commission.
External Vetting:
Orders may be subject to Zoom Fibre, the relevant service provider and associated operational systems.
Fibre-Tel may withhold, reject, reverse, recover, offset or adjust commission where an order is declined, rejected, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, unpaid, invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, suspected to be fraudulent, submitted with inaccurate information, non-compliant, attributed to the incorrect agent, or unsuccessful during external vetting or operational approval.
